1. Acceptance of Terms

   By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our website.

2. Scope of Services

   Coupon Fares provides comprehensive travel-related services to agents and business partners, including:

   • Flight Bookings: Access a wide range of domestic and international flights at competitive prices.

   • Hotel Reservations: Book accommodations with real-time availability and detailed reviews.

   • Bus Tickets: Reserve seats across various routes with reliable service providers.

   • Holiday Packages:Tailored travel experiences combining flights, hotels, and sightseeing tours.

   Our platform connects travel agents with suppliers through a secure, advanced, and efficient system designed to optimize booking processes and enhance profitability.

3. User Responsibilities

   As a registered agent on our platform, you agree to:

   • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration to ensure seamless transactions.
   • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials to prevent unauthorized access.
   • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breaches.

   Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

4. Payments and Fees

   All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed terms. Couponfares reserves the right to modify pricing, fees, and payment terms at its sole discretion. Customers and agents are responsible for ensuring payment of applicable taxes and complying with local financial regulations.

   • Payment Methods: Secure online payment gateways support major credit cards, debit cards, and net banking.

   • Refunds and Cancellations: Specific policies govern cancellations and refunds, which are detailed within individual service agreements.

   • Payment Processing Terms & Conditions: By submitting your payment details and agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you authorise Couponfares to process payments from your nominated payment gateway in accordance with our Payment Agreement, which may be updated periodically.

   • Standard Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 12 hours of departure must be handled directly with the airline. Couponfares will not be responsible for missed flights (No Show) in such cases.

     1. All cancellations may be subject to airline-imposed charges or penalties.

     2. Cancellations must be initiated as an Amendment Request through the Couponfares portal.

     3. If a travel credit is issued as part of a cancellation, it will remain valid for 6 months from the date of cancellation, unless otherwise specified.

   Flight Cancellation Policy :

   Airfare bookings made via Couponfares are subject to the fare rules of the specific airline and ticket class selected at the time of booking.

   • Many promotional or discounted airfares are non-refundable and non-transferable.

   • Airlines may apply full or partial cancellation fees as per their individual fare policies.

   • While Couponfares Travel Support will provide assistance, we are bound by the terms and policies set by the airline.

   Special Cancellation Conditions

   Some travel products (such as specific flights, hotels or tour packages) may carry additional cancellation fees. These will be clearly indicated on the respective product pages or communicated in writing at the time of booking.

   Amendment Fees

   Modifications made to confirmed bookings will incur an amendment fee, charged per change, in addition to any applicable charges from airlines or other service providers.

   Credit Card Dispute & Chargeback Fees

   In cases where a payment gateway chargeback or dispute results in fees imposed on Couponfares by our payment gateway, these charges will be passed on to the customer. Such fees are non-refundable.

   Changes After Travel Has Commenced

   Any modifications or cancellations made after travel has started may result in penalties. No refunds will be provided for unused services once travel arrangements are underway.

   Refund Policy

   Refund requests must be submitted in writing either directly to Couponfares or via the travel agent through whom the original booking was made.

   Requests must be lodged before the scheduled departure.

   Refunds for cancellations due to weather, illness, or other unforeseen events will not be issued by Couponfares and should instead be claimed via travel insurance.

   Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to approval by airlines or suppliers.

   In the event of a duplicate payment for a single transaction, the excess amount will be refunded as a travel credit in the customer’s Couponfares account within 7–10 working days, subject to receipt of funds from the airline/supplier.

   If a booking was made using a payment gateway and subsequently cancelled, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7-10 working days to the original payment source/bank account depending on the service provider conditions or as per the refund policy, once the amount is received from the airline or supplier. If the refund is not received within the specified period, Couponfares will actively follow up with the airline or supplier and provide you with updates on the status of your refund.

   Incident Reporting

   Any unusual incidents — such as injuries, service failures, cancellations, or travel dissatisfaction — should be reported to Couponfares immediately at the time of occurrence, to allow us to address the issue and assist where possible.

5. Use of the Platform

   You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited actions include:

   • Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activities.
   • Interfering with or disrupting the functionality or security of the platform.
   • Using automated systems (including bots) to access or manipulate data.
   • Non-compliance may lead to immediate account suspension or further legal action.
6. Privacy Policy

   Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We prioritize data security and compliance with privacy regulations to protect user information.

7. Intellectual Property

   All content on the Coupon Fares platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Coupon Fares or its licensors. Unauthorized use of any material, reproduction, or distribution without permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

   Coupon Fares shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. This includes, but is not limited to, losses related to:

   • Service disruptions or technical issues.
   • Unauthorized access or data breaches.
   • Errors in booking details caused by third-party providers.

   We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our platform, although we continuously strive to maintain service reliability.

9. Termination

   We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to our services without prior notice for any breach of these Terms or any other reason deemed necessary at our sole discretion. Terminated accounts may result in forfeiture of unused credits or privileges.

10. Governing Law

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India. Users agree to comply with applicable national and international travel regulations.

11. Indemnification

    By using our platform, you agree to indemnify and hold Coupon Fares, its affiliates, directors, and employees harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.

12. Changes to Terms

    Coupon Fares reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notification of significant changes will be posted on our website or communicated via email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
