3. User Responsibilities

   As a registered agent on our platform, you agree to:

   • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration to ensure seamless transactions.
   • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials to prevent unauthorized access.
   • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breaches.

   Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

4. Payments and Fees

   All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed terms. Coupon Fares reserves the right to modify pricing, fees, and payment terms at its sole discretion. Agents are responsible for ensuring payment of applicable taxes and complying with local financial regulations.

   • Payment Methods: Secure online payment gateways support major credit cards, debit cards, and net banking.

   • Refunds and Cancellations: Specific policies govern cancellations and refunds, detailed within individual service agreements.

     Standard Cancellation Policy:
     • Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled departure must be handled directly with the airline. Coupon Fares is not responsible for any No-Show cases.
     • All cancellations may be subject to charges as per the airline’s policy.
     • Cancellations must be processed through the Amendment option available on our portal.
     • If a credit is issued for a cancellation, it will remain valid for six (6) months from the date of cancellation.
     Flight Cancellation Policy:
     • All flight bookings made through Coupon Fares are governed by the airfare rules and conditions set by the respective airline.
     • Coupon Fares does not control or influence these policies.
5. Use of the Platform

   You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited actions include:

   • Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activities.
   • Interfering with or disrupting the functionality or security of the platform.
   • Using automated systems (including bots) to access or manipulate data.
   • Non-compliance may lead to immediate account suspension or further legal action.
